12 Tribes by Leah Stone

Sep 15th, 2009 | By Guest Writer | Category: Creative Expressions

Much of this piece is done with metallic paint, which I feel literally [...]

The following is an article from Joel Rosenberg called War is the Likely Outcome of the Iranian Elections reprinted in its entirety:
UPDATED MONDAY MORNING: The Supreme Leader of Iran has spoken. It’s Mahmoud Ahmadinejad by a “landslide.” This means a major, cataclysmic war is the most likely outcome of the Iranian “elections.” And the battle [...]

The Moabite Church

Jun 10th, 2009 | By Bryan Purtle | Category: Scripture

“For because of your trust in your own achievements and treasures, even you yourself will be captured; and Chemosh will go off into exile together with his priests and princes.” -Jer. 48.7

The Moabites were a people who lived in what we now know as Jordan, mostly making their abode along the eastern shore of the Dead Sea. Their kingdom was often in conflict with Israel, and the God of Israel had a long-standing controversy with them. The [...]

Why Have Jewish People Been So Hated?

Feb 11th, 2009 | By Michael L. Brown | Category: Israel & The Jewish People

I devoted much of my book, Our Hands Are Stained with Blood, to the subject of anti-Semitism, and on several occasions I have delivered lectures on the question of why anti-Semitism exists. Out of all the hatreds in [...]

Israel and the “Peace Process”

Feb 4th, 2009 | By Guest Writer | Category: Israel & The Jewish People

In war, one of the greatest mistakes that one can make is to not know your enemy. Just recently, I was enjoying breakfast with one of my daughters at a local Pancake House managed by a family from Saudi Arabia. The owner and I are very friendly and always strike up a conversation whenever I visit. The other day I asked him how many languages he spoke. I was surprised when he said that he is presently studying Hebrew. “Hebrew, really? Why are you learning Hebrew?”

Acts 7: 37 - 45 (Stephen’s address)

“This is that Moses who told the Israelites, ‘God will send you a prophet like me from your own people.’ He was in the assembly in the desert, with the angel who spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and with our fathers; and he received living words to pass on to us.

“But our fathers refused to obey him. Instead, they rejected him and in [...]
